This week, BOMA International was honored with the EPA ENERGY STAR^® Partner of the Year Award for Sustained Excellence for its efforts in encouraging energy efficiency throughout the commercial real estate industry. This is the seventh time BOMA has been recognized by the EPA with an ENERGY STAR award and we are proud to say that BOMA remains the only commercial real estate association to have received this honor. Even better, 14 BOMA member real estate companies – and many more associate member companies – also were honored for their achievements.
